the full board option was excellent with a great variety of hot meals, salads, vegetables, desserts, ice cream. the breakfast options were modest but adequate.
The room was noisy and lacked sound insulation. the pillows were too thin and needed replacing.

The hotel is ideally situated for those who want to enjoy a skiing vacation, with easy access to the ski lifts located in the mountains. the hotel provides a swimming pool, local trains, and is located close to the town center. the cleaning quality is excellent, and the hotel is kept at a very high standard.
Despite its many positives, the hotel suffers from some noise issues. the walls are thin, and the door doesn’t offer any sound insulation, which can be quite problematic for light sleepers.

The food options were great with a good selection of hot meals, salads, vegetables, dessert, ice cream, fruit salad. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed their assistance. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive and made our stay more comfortable.
The noise levels during the nighttime were not good. We woke up both nights due to people talking in the hallway.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. The allocated tables in the restaurant were a plus, no struggle for seating. The hotel had a family-friendly atmosphere and little attentions like group photos and daily papers were appreciated. Access to a nearby pool and local trains was a nice bonus.
Can't fault the property.
